Welcome to Suncoast Logistics ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account and using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Suncoast Logistics is a wholesale supplier of sterile vials, PPE, and custom packaging for compounding pharmacies and labs. We stock and ship products from our own warehouse and back every order with real UPS delivery.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders placed through our storefront are subject to product availability. Payment is collected at checkout unless your account has been approved for B2B (Net-15 / Net-30) billing terms, in which case invoices are due per the payment terms on file.

3. B2B Accounts & Business Billing

High-volume pharmacies and labs may apply for a dedicated B2B account with a named Account Manager and negotiated pricing. New B2B accounts onboarded onto Net-15 or Net-30 billing may be required to complete a credit application and, at our discretion, pay a one-time retainer credited in full toward the account's first invoice.

4. Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Products that require a Certificate of Analysis ship with the COA on file for the specific lot delivered. Signed-in B2B customers can download COAs at any time from their account.

5. Returns & Damaged Product

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Damaged or short-shipped orders should be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product for reimbursement or replacement.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including any orders placed by staff or account managers you have granted access to.

7. Advertising Terms & Conditions

By submitting an advertisement through our Advertise page, you agree to the following: (a) payment is collected upfront at the time of submission and your ad is then placed into an admin review queue; (b) all ad content, images, and linked destinations are subject to admin review and must be legal, non-deceptive, and appropriate for a general audience - Suncoast Logistics reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason; (c) if your submission is rejected, you will receive a full refund; (d) once an ad has been approved and is live, payment is non-refundable, including if you choose to remove the ad early; (e) Suncoast Logistics does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, or results from your ad; (f) Suncoast Logistics may remove a live ad at any time if it is later found to violate these terms, without refund for the removed portion if the violation is on the advertiser's part.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
